  • Custom or project-based services (such as business plans, reports, consultations, or tailored solutions) are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Advance Payments

Advance payments or booking fees made to secure services are non-refundable, except where Saarthium Services Private Limited fails to initiate the service within the agreed timeframe.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was duplicated or made in error.
  • The service was not delivered due to Saarthium’s internal limitations or unforeseen inability to fulfil the agreement.

All eligible refund requests must be submitted to info@saarthium.com with a clear explanation and proof of payment.

Processing Refunds

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 15 to 30 business days.

Saarthium Services Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel scheduled consultations or services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice via email.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • If a service is cancelled by the client after commencement, no refund will be issued for the work completed or time spent.
